Music Day in Canada is an initiative and product of The Lemmon Foundation, founded by Michael Scriven and Jessica Lemmon.

References to “Music Day in Canada,” “the Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean The Lemmon Foundation, as applicable to the context.

The Website provides information about Music Day in Canada, participating communities, artists, venues, events, partnerships, volunteer opportunities, media resources, and related Foundation activities.

3. Informational Nature of the Website

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, event schedules, artists, venues, participating cities, programming, availability, admission requirements, and other details may change without notice.

Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. A listing, announcement, or expression of interest does not guarantee participation, availability, selection, funding, sponsorship, accreditation, admission, or any other outcome.

You should confirm important event information with the applicable organizer or venue before making travel plans, incurring expenses, or attending an event.

4. Third-Party Events, Tickets, and Services

Some events promoted through the Website may be independently organized or operated by venues, promoters, municipalities, artists, community organizations, ticketing providers, or other third parties.

This section does not require you to indemnify any person for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
